Our theme this summer is Care of Creation - Children will be completing engaging and meaningful activities relating to taking care of God’s gift to us - Earth!  Ages 3 and up are welcome. 

Care of Creation Camp

       1. Opening event while kids are coming in

              iii.      Short explanation of what we’re doing and why

         2. First activity

               i.      Preschool craft activity (candles & dried flowers) on the picnic table

               ii.     Elementary “clean” trash activity on the lawn to the left of the church.

         3. Snack time

               i.      Includes additional songs

               ii.     Includes repeat of theme “Care of God’s Creation”

         4. Second activity

               i.      Elementary craft activity (candles & dried flowers) on the picnic table

              ii.      Preschool “clean” trash activity on the lawn to the left of the church

         5. Energy activity

               i.      Game playing outside

               ii.     Wear ‘em out

         6. Third activity

               i.      Music and story

               ii.      Learn song to sing for Youth Sunday

              iii.      Story relating to Creation

         7. Fourth activity

               i.      Children’s “church” service

              ii.      Emphasizes creation theme

         8. Post VBS activities

               i.      Games and songs as parents pick up kids
